Starting Situation

The collaboration with Tennis-Point began with a proactive request from the company, aiming to strategically leverage UGC in performance marketing for the first time. As a market leader in tennis, Tennis-Point boasts strong brand recognition and a wide range of products for players of all skill levels. While various paid social initiatives had already been implemented, Tennis-Point had no prior experience with UGC creatives. Consequently, there was significant potential to test this format for the first time and establish it as a new performance lever in their marketing mix. At the same time, it was clear from the outset that the measures would be rolled out internationally to reach diverse target audiences with locally relevant content.

Approach

Our approach involved strategically deploying UGC creators for the first time to authentically and effectively showcase Tennis-Point products. The focus was on presenting products in realistic game situations and from the perspective of genuine tennis enthusiasts, to engage the target audience in a much more authentic way. In parallel, we established an international strategy from the outset, working with native creators from various markets. This allowed us to produce content that was linguistically and culturally perfectly tailored to each target audience.

Result

The introduction of UGC creatives proved extremely successful for Tennis-Point. As no prior tests had been conducted in this area, there was a particularly significant growth opportunity that we were able to quickly capitalize on together. The new creatives significantly improved campaign performance and reduced the nCPA by 47%. Concurrently, we increased creative output by 127%. Furthermore, the 118% higher average CTR is particularly noteworthy. Thanks to the international creator strategy, we were also able to produce content for various markets.

Thanks for the partnership
