Starting Situation

Even before collaborating with us, ARCTA was very well-positioned in the area of Paid Social. In addition to UGCs, targeted Founder Ads were regularly produced and became part of the brand's DNA to promote recognition. From the very beginning, it was clear to us that we needed to produce high-level content to deliver a noticeable uplift.

Approach

Our idea was clear: We needed content that significantly differed from previous efforts and would be the icing on the cake to reach the target audience on a new level. Furthermore, we aimed to create additional touchpoints in the customer journey and to emotionalize them in such a way that the decision-making time for an ARCTA rooftop tent would be immensely shortened. We specifically wanted to send creators to various countries to produce content that realistically reflects the actual use cases of ARCTA rooftop tents. Above all, we wanted to tackle emotional family content as quickly as possible and also target other cohorts strategically.

Result

Our solutions led precisely to the desired outcome we had envisioned. We were able to tap into new cohorts, engage existing target groups even more emotionally, and positively influence the customer journey through the breadth of the content, thereby significantly shortening the sales cycle. Since the start of our collaboration, ARCTA has now been able to more than triple its ad spend. A result that speaks for itself.
