Ausgangssituation

As a brand with extensive social ad experience, SNOCKS sought new creative input as part of an agency pitch in August 2024. On the one hand, internationalization in the Netherlands, France and Italy should be supported with authentic UGC formats from native creators from the target countries and, on the other hand, the qualitative creative output in the DACH region for Hidden Champion products should be increased. As the winner of this pitch, from 50 participating agencies, we focused on exactly that: Pushing the output of international & DACH ads even more efficiently.

Lösungsansatz

We wanted to bring a breath of fresh air to the campaigns with more than just 0815 UGC. With a diverse selection of native international creators from the markets to be developed, concrete learnings on meaningful front-end offers, communication angles and cultural preferences should first be collected in order to develop a long-term, effective expansion strategy. In the DACH region, the success driver should be the development of special concepts and visuals that stand out from previous approaches.

Resultat

The broad creator tests quickly proved to be promising for scaling the expansion. Thanks to iterative development processes by promising creatives, it was even possible to reduce NCPA by 27.2% and increase the win rate by 46.7%. Cooperation with native creators, who are all the more aware of the cultural circumstances of the target group, proved to be a key success factor.
