Starting Situation

The overarching goal of the collaboration was a performance boost for seasonal highlights such as Carnival, children's birthdays, and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Party.de offers its customers a wide variety of over 20,000 costume and decor items, but lacked scalable ad creatives. The ads were specifically designed to feature top-selling costumes and balloon highlights, aiming for a sustainable integration of social ads as an effective sales channel.

Approach

With the help of a diverse range of creators from various age groups, the focus was on dynamic UGC videos, animations, and statics highlighting colorful and eye-catching costumes and decor items to capture user attention. Additionally, family creators were specifically engaged to add a special emotional touch to the products alongside their children. Furthermore, the creative demand was to be met long-term through the development of seasonal content libraries specifically for Carnival, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or birthday celebrations.

Result

These measures led to a significant increase in overall performance, with a clear boost in reach, purchases, and spending – while maintaining profitability. The goal of establishing social ads as a permanent component of the marketing mix was successfully achieved. The creatives have a lasting impact and effectively target the audience.
