Starting Situation

Before our collaboration, social ads were occasionally run and had already achieved good results. However, due to a lack of in-house capacity for campaign management, the initiative was not continued. When we started working together in May 2021, our main goal was to finally gain more recognition for the innovative products, significantly increase online shop sales, and make playtime more carefree for many children with KNETÄ®.

Approach

"How do we make KNETÄ® top-of-mind for all parents?" we asked ourselves, and initially tested various communication approaches with emotionally charged creatives against each other. Based on this, the creatives were continuously optimized and adapted to the target groups' pain points. The front-end offer was also rethought, and in particular, the existing bundles were revised and given more prominent placement.

Result

We succeeded in not only positioning KNETÄ® as an innovative children's toy on social media but also in getting it stocked in local retail stores. At times, the demand was so high that we couldn't promote any special offers for Black Friday, as stock levels had already reached their minimum, and the resulting 6-figure sales in November alone led to a record month.
