Starting Situation

Trade Republic stands for modern investing – and is rapidly growing beyond the German market. The challenge: quickly building trust and making the brand locally relevant in new countries like Poland, Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy. How is this achieved? With authentic, culturally appropriate content that truly resonates with local audiences. At the same time, the demand for creatives increases exponentially with each new region. This volume is hardly scalable internally.

Approach

Together with Trade Republic, we built a scalable creator and content system. Our approach: local creators instead of generic ads. For each market, we identify suitable personalities who credibly convey the brand – in their language, in their style. Building on this, we developed an agile creative system that quickly produces new content, continuously tests and optimizes, and flexibly adapts to market conditions. This creates a constant stream of high-performing, native ad creatives – tailor-made for each individual market.

Result

In less than a year of collaboration, we successfully entered more than 7 international markets together, positioned Trade Republic with locally relevant content in each target market, and established a dynamic creative system that scales permanently. The decisive lever: speed and volume. Trade Republic would not have been able to achieve this high output of ad creatives internally. Our approach made exactly that possible – efficiently, scalably, and with measurable impact.
