As a traditional tea brand, Meßmer is familiar to most from grocery retail – but the brand has long since adopted a hybrid approach: Today, customers encounter Meßmer across all channels, from supermarkets to its own online shop featuring exclusive editions, gift boxes, and special offers available only online. We kicked off our collaboration in summer 2024 – at first glance, an unusual time for a tea brand. However, the focus on cold teas made it the perfect entry point: prepared cold, refreshingly different, and launched at just the right time of year.


Our goal: To increase online shop sales and specifically expand the awareness of Cold Teas. The approach: A well-thought-out creative mix of UGC, animations, and statics – developed for different communication angles and the respective target groups of each Cold Tea variety. Testing was broad: various angles, target groups, and formats, some with special offers like a free water bottle or online exclusives, some without. As an ideal summer drink, the Cold Teas performed strongly from the outset – which is why we consistently expanded the campaigns in the autumn and winter months to include hot tea varieties, bundles, and gift sets.
For almost two years, we have been supporting Meßmer in the area of Paid Social – and the numbers speak for themselves: In 1.5 years of collaboration, over 600 creatives were developed and tested, achieving an average click-through rate of 1.1% and a scroll-stop rate of 32%. Developing a traditional brand further and achieving measurable growth – that's exactly what we're here for. We look forward to what's next.
